From the Ealing Schools Cross Country Competition to the London Youth Games

Thirteen cross country runners from St Benedict’s, in years 5 to 11, have qualified to represent Ealing in the forthcoming London Youth Games, following their success in the Ealing Schools Competition.

Our Senior School competitors won the competition on points, with the boys finishing 1st and the girls coming 4th.

Junior School runners came 2nd out of 32 schools, with the boys winning joint 1st and the girls finishing 4th. There were some excellent individual performances: Nathan Bridge came 1st; Kara Larkam came 2nd; Jake Bridge came 3rd, and Rory Johnston came 4th.

An impressive 13 boys and girls from St Benedict’s have qualified for the London Youth Games Cross Country event, and will represent Ealing on 17th November on Parliament Hill:
